The Polish Society of Engineering Rheology (PSER) was founded in 1998. The main founder and promoter was a polish leading rheologist prof. dr hab. Zdzisław Kembłowski. Since then PSER has been a regular organizer of seminars, workshops and Polish Congres of Rheology.
The primary aims of PSER are to promote research and scientific achievements in the field of engineering rheology and their applications in industry.
